Day 14

Day 14, August 16

We decided to go back to Guyton today rather than Saturday.  We needed to clean up, pack, unpack, sort and repack and probably needed more than a day to do that.  Kay’s idea was a good one!

Part of the cleaning up was mowing but the day began with rain.   It remained overcast and the forecast was 80% chance for more rain.  But the participation held off and I got to mow.  It took two vehicles to haul off all we had managed to bring in the two weeks we have been here.  We spend several hours cleaning up and packing ourselves back to Guyton.

We were tired when we got home so, for only the third time in the two weeks we have been away, we decided to go out and eat.

When darkness came we were ready for our early bedtime.
